Isn't there a internet source that I can look up to find my cousin who is locked up in jail in Houston,Tx? He's not in prison yet, but he is in jail? Please help me......I really miss him. He was my "big brother".

You can do an inmate search. Go to Texas' Department of Corrections and they have inmate searches where you can search by the person's name and they will give you the location and everything. Good Luck!
