I just found out that he was in prison he has been there for 6 years. we have been writing back and forth since I found out he was there and I have visited him 2 times. The last time I visited him he kept asking if he could kiss me and I didnt know what to say because I didnt want to get him all turned on because well he cant do anything about it. Anyway I like going to visit him but I dont want to get him all turned on and then send him back to prison that is not very nice he. wanted to hold my hand so I let him and I thought that was ok but I dont know what to do about him wanting to kiss me should I kiss him or what because I like him and we had a relationship before I just dont know if I should start something with him or wait till he gets out he is going to see the board in april or may. What should I do?

Wow- Your friend has been in prison for 6 years? I would definitely not take his wanting to kiss me as a compliment or read anything into it, he's been behind bars and deprived of affection, well female affection anyway. I would not be in any hurry to start up a relationship with an ex or current inmate, unless you want to be carrying him throughout the entire relationship. Anyway, be his friend, and find a guy who's got some stability. If you can't do that, I would wait until he gets out of prison, secures a job and a roof over his head, meaning not living with family. Let him stand on his own two feet and than he can prove that he deserves you. :) You sound like you deserve atleast that much! Good luck to you whatever you decide.

I suggest you "up" your standards a little bit. Try joining a gym, or going to the library on your free time. You'll find someone on your level there. Or try eharmony.com

But if none of this sounds good enough for you, then keep writing letters to this guy, but stop visiting him.

But if this still doesn't sound good enough for you, then keep visiting him, but don't kiss him.

If this STILL doesn't sound good enough for you, then kiss him but only once... and don't have a sex.

The point that I'm trying to get at is that, say, you tell him you want to have a committed relationship with him, and he agrees. Then a month before he comes out, you find your soul mate, and realize that you can't stay with your jailbird anymore. He is going to be very angry with you, and if he he's in jail, that means bad news for you, bud.

I dunno, you're going to do what please you regardless, but I just hope that it's really what you want. Guys have a way of manipulating girls, and you sound like a nice girl. Just be careful, is all I'm saying.

Take care, stay true to yourself, and follow your heart.

Do whatever you feel.............. wear something sexy and show him a bit of leg above the knee.... that will take his mind off of kissing you. lol
