Ablutophobia is the Fear of Washing, and Fear of Bathing.
Compulsive hoarding (or pathological hoarding) is a term which is used to describe extreme hoarding behaviour in humans. It involves the collection or failure to discard large numbers of objects even when their storage causes significant clutter and impairment to basic living activities such as moving around the house, cooking, cleaning or sleeping. Hoarding rubbish may be referred to as syllogomania.
Squalor is a good descriptive word for this. It's a degree of mess that goes beyond untidiness. The state of the house deteriorates, small piles become big piles, then even bigger piles. Sometimes beds can't be slept in, tables disappear under clutter. Appliances and equipment can't be used. Perhaps they broke down, but you fear a repair person will report the mess, or access is blocked by other items.
