Yeah, whatever happened to the word HUMAN BEING! What we are saying when we say "illegal alien" is that a person not born in the US is not a human!
I think its wrong to call people aliens :(

No illegal aliens do not come from Mars, they come from other countries illegally. Which means they are breaking the Law.

Noun
an illegal alien

A person who is within the boundaries of a political state without that government's authorization; a national of another country who has entered or stayed without permission.

ille'gal al'ien

1. a foreigner who has entered or resides in a country unlawfully or without the country's authorization.
2. a foreigner who enters the U.S. without an entry or immigrant visa, esp. a person who crosses the border by avoiding inspection or who overstays the period of time allowed as a visitor, tourist, or businessperson. Cf. resident alien. Also called ille'gal im'migrant.

You get mad at the word illegal alien. Then the simple solution is to have them all get in line and apply for their resident card. I'm an American of Mexican decent and I also hear the Illegals and the legal ones say. Los pichi gringos, los hueros, los gabachos. los mallites (the ******)Los pochos (U.S born Mexicans.) and so much more. So what can I do? Nothing let them talk it only shows how ignorant they are. Oh Aliens do come from Mars but its from Marzlatan, Mexico.

Alien has many meanings. If you think about it, every term used in the English language may be offensive to someone. You happen to be sensitive to the word 'alien' which I understand. Don't let it get you blood pressure up. A word is not worth that.

'Alien' meant citizen of a foreign state before it was ever borrowed to mean a little green man from Mars. It is throughout our laws and is used by pro-illegals when they are drafting proposed laws to give illegal aliens benefits, for example.

It's just a term synonymous with foreign, not from here. Regardless of how many claim to be indiginous, the part of them that is indiginous is only indiginous to southern Mexico and central America. Alien meant foreigner before it meant martian.

alien means non national and since they have snuck across instead of going thru customs then its defined as illegal entry so illegal alien is the proper term whether you like it or not if the shoe fits

I think they try to make a comparison between aliens and illegal inmigrants. Aliens are not from earth, they are from other planets, so they are strangers to the planet earth. They are not from here so they don't belong here. This is the same with the illegal inmigrants. They are not from an specified country, solo legally they don't belong there.
