You should always eat something when you wake up. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, because your body had no food intake while you were asleep, so you need to get your metabolism going ASAP. Also, I would recommend eating before walking to get energy. Ask yourself before you walk, are you hungry? If so, EAT, if not, wait till after....

I personally always waited, but my friend tried to do it my way and she always got sick.....so now she eats something small or has orange juice and now she doesn't get sick....It depends on your body.
