not true, I am a marine and Pre. Bush has nothing to do with what religious services. Any service member can go to any religious services from Wicken to Catholic and no one will stop them. Some services are not offered on base because there not enough people to make a group, but you can leave base or do personal study for any religion.

Yes, this is part of the reason why the Perntacle has not been accepted by the VA as a religous symbol. They are trying to take away our religous status because they say that Wicca and Paganism don't meet the standards of what religion is supposed to be.

That is ridciulous. Bush is just a conservative Christian who wants to make this country solely Christian. I urge you to vote Democrat so that we can start making changes that will do some good in the government. Without a liberal government, we may lose our rights.

Predjudice is getting stronger as more and more Christains become Conservative Evangelist Christians who want to rid this country of all but Christianity.

I urge you to watch the videos and look at the links I have posted for you.

He doesn't think it should be recognized, that much I know. But it's already too late for that. As for him UN-classifying it as a religion, he's going to have one hell of a battle on his hands if he does that. If he does it because of the Military, the Constitution would have to kick in. If Pagans can't have their symbols on their headstones, then all religious symbols should have to be removed. *Shrug* It's freedom of religion for all... not for the one's Bush wants to pick.

It has not been classified as a religion, at least not for the military. A mom could not get the Wiccan star on her son's marker. I doubt that Dubya is involved, I'm sure he disapproves however. Don't get me started on the narrow minded bigots we have all around us. What a bunch of egotistical fools...rant, rave !!!

For heavens sake, do you really think that paganism is such an important religion? The President doesn't care if someone chooses paganism, there is a wiccan chapter or whatever you call them on Fort Hood. Military is spelled this way.

I don't know if the Pagan thing is true, but his father said; "I don't know that atheists should be considered as citizens, nor should they be considered patriots. This is one nation under God." (1) What should we expect from our dear theocracy?

I hope not. He would get into serious trouble...he is trying to outlaw the use of mercury in pagan practices, since mercury is so toxic.

This is true, however a bit outdated. He still hasn't managed to pull it off, as much as he wants to.
