My friend's suddenly getting all the girls. How can I do that too?

All he changed was let his hair grow longer ( not looong, not even shoulder length). Was it his new confidence, the hair???
He does seem smooth to me, but how can I be smooth as well???
Any tips from experienced guys or girls?
PS: We're both thin, and I've got more muscles than him and (except for hair length) we're about equally handsome.

A girl can sense confidence from a mile away and a good guy with confidence makes him seem even more attractive. Be confident about yourself but not cocky!
Also remember, it's not about "getting all the girls", you should be interesting in finding the 'one' that's right for you.
