If someone offers to sell a visa to you, do not fall for their scheme. It will be a fraudulent visa; you will be stopped at the border and not allowed to enter; you will be arrested/sent home; you will have wasted all of the money you paid.

You can not buy a visa it is issue by government. Someone mention Ireland no they don't issue visas for sale. Due to some writing on this believe me you can't buy visa. Maybe some third world countries or Latin American countries Europe have very strict rules on visas
