please tell me what is different between ( DVD -R +) and (DVD -R-)?

dvd+r is a dual layer disc which holds about 8 gigabytes where dvd-r is single layer with just 4 gigabytes. but dvd is obsolete now everybody will soon be using blu ray. which will be the media format for the playstation 3. it holds 40 gb's
xbox 360 uses dvd hd which is cheaper and holds80 gigs

With DVD R+ you can play & write DVDs, with DVD R-, you can only play DVDs
