I think that is the worse thing you can do, pick up something extra pungent and then eat at your desk. Especially when that smell gets into your hair and clothes and you're walking around for the rest of the day smelling like onions and underarms. GROSS! Any one else going through this? Or are you one of the offenders?

Sometimes when someone in the other offices pisses me off, I bring in 3 day old salmon and broccoli leftovers and microwave the YOU KNOW WHAT out of them for 5 min or so...letting the FUNK steam throughout the microwave and into the entire breakroom---so funky and strong that if one were to walk through the breakroom, the funk would ATTACH ITSELF to you like a heroin junky on morphine.
Yes, I do that on purpose. I've also been known to take perfume samples (from magazines),, open them up and tape them to the other side of your desk--especially entertaining if you are allergic!

There are a lot of fried fish eaters at my office. They put it in the microwave, head, bones & all. Sometimes the office still smells the next day.

OMG--several years ago I had a coworker who used to reheat fish AT LEAST once a week (sometimes more!) in the microwave at work. It was SO disgusting. She always had the really strong-smelling fish, too (e.g. Shad roe, salmon, etc.)

YUP!! This fat lady I work with always puts uncooked FISH in the microwave and stinks up the whole damn office for like two frickn' hours.

yes i do have coworkers who eat smelley stuff thats why i have gum , i work in a salon so products can hide smells except burnt popcorn and we have 2 that loves it that way . can anyone get the plug ins

Every day the boss eats something that smells like cat piss! It is some kind of microwave dinner. YUCK!!!!!!

yes, some girls at work would microwave chitlins, stunk up the whole break room. it smelled like-well, pig intestines. i wasn't very hungry after that

A girl who sat across from me brought leftover fish from a restaurant to work with her the next day. My coworkers and I couldn't stand it... Lysol to the rescue!
And all you people who don't know how to microwave popcorn... use the PRESET BUTTON!!!! Please don't burn it!!!!
