we love to lust after a physically attractive person and not an unattractive one. Many times the outside attraction is very misleading. to who one truely is on the inside.

As you know, beauty (or attraction) is in the eye of the beholder. I also think it takes physical attraction to hook you in the first place. The thing about beauty or physical attraction is that it only takes you so far. It takes the whole package to make love last. So to answer your question, I'd have to say it does because someone you find physically attractive helps keep the chemistry alive.

It's called lust if you're into it for only the physical.......when you really love someone, what they look like doesn't matter. You initial attraction is always physical...when you first meet someone you see them first of course. So either you're attracted to them or you're not. Now you can lust after them if you're just physically drawn to them, but if you've talked to them and gotten to know them other feelings can develop..even LOVE. A persons personality can really grow on you so even if at first you don't see them as physically attractive you might just be surprised at how much more attractive they become in your eyes when you really know them.

Yeah, we were all born with a need to marry a beautiful/handsome person. It's innate! There's nothing in the world that would tell us, "okay, I'm going to marry a physically non-attractive one even though I'm so beautiful." No one will do it.. only if they're willing to. Attractive people have higher standards than those who're not attractive, agree?

No. Not really. I've met many physically attractive women but they were rotten inside. I don't know what happened in their lives but it's really hard to love someone who has issues and problems. Albeit said, to love someone isn't just physical. It's the whole package. Would you drive a sports car with no engine?

The more I like someone, the more physically attractive they become in my eyes, though I suppose there would be a limit to that.

If the non physically attractive one treats you better I would say yes it would be easier. I mean who wants to put up with a pretty prick?

That is about he dumbest question yet... Each person has their own way of looking at other people. I might think someone is physically attractive and you don't.

There is no general answer for this I think.
All I can say is :
"Love is blind"
"It is seldom that we find both the mates equally good looking or equally bad looking".
If you ask me personally then yes.
It is easier to love someone physically attractive.
Surely, this is true for me.
