My friends are having a reception at a campground, there will be a DJ/horseshoes/beer/harry buffalo/and camping after. Its ok to wear nice jeans and a nice t-shirt right?

It's probably okay, you should ask the couple. I would wear something a little nicer. Something less formal than work but nicer than casual Friday.

Sounds like fun, great idea for a wedding! I love it when the couple wants to have something fun, instead of the traditional stuffy weddings. Don't get wrong, weddings are beautiful, but the best and most beautiful I have ever been to was one held under a tree in the backyard. And I was a asst. wedding planner for years, big buck wedding couldn't compare to that little cermoney, with hand picked flowers.
Rambling, sorry! Yes I think jeans would be fine. But I think I would wear a blouse over the T-shirt, and after the cermoney you could slip off the extra shirt. Have you thought about capris, or a sundress with sandals...Something cool and comfortable for sure is needed. Just don't forget the bug spray...and have the best time.....

I would be a little more dressy than than. I would go with a jean skirt or khakis and a button down or blouse. Then you can always change afterwords.

i would probably wear a casual skirt of some sort and a t-shirt, cute and still a "dress"
