You sure can. I see cubed chicken all the time. I bet if you ask the butcher at your grocery store he could help you out with other meats as well. Good luck!!!

I eat cubed pork steaks all the time. I've also seen cubed turkey. Just check the supermarket. Ask the butcher if you don't see any on the shelf.

By the way, I think your husband is being unnecessarily paranoid. If you're in the U.S., he's more likely to die of salmonella from the chicken than from mad cow. And you're much, much more likely to die in your car on the way home.

Cubed steak is actually a cut of beef. You can get chicken and pork and cut it into cubes yourself.

I never really thought about it before but you're right! The only cubed chicken I've seen (and Turkey) is in the food I feed my cats. Let's demand more cubism!!!!

I never heard of it , but I would just beat your meat of choice w, tenderizing hammer. Pork and chicken are so tender compared to some cuts of beef, I dot think it has to be done. Just my opinion though.

buy your self a meat hammer.(a tenderizer i thought you might understand hammer as it looks like one)..it has a side to tenderize(cube ) on it 4 sided.....then you can cube everything
