No, I personally don't. Unless you call her Tina. I can't believe you think your child looks like an elephant. You should write funny jokes for a living, and be sure and get another part time job.

You can name your child anything you want, but be prepared for what teasing and nicknames she will get from other kids. You could call her Elly and you wouldn't have to make her full name common knowledge, if you really wanted to use it, but didn't want her picked on too much.
Personally, I don't think I'd use it.
