There were no Galaxy's made in the 1967 model year with a 390 engine.
The only engines available were the 240 cubic inch (3.9 L) six, 428 (7.01 L) and racing 427 (7 L)
The only Ford Motor Company vehicles made in the 1967 Model year that had a GT designation with a 390 Engine were the Mercury Cyclone GT and the Mercury Cougar GT

Are you sure it's not a fairlane GT? The Galaxies were XLs. I'm a ford nut and have never heard of a Galaxie GT. The Galaxies did come with 390 4 speeds or you could get a couple of versons of the 427.
