I would travel around Italy and then maybe Greece. That is a very romantic place. You could see beautiful art work and drink lots of wine. Great place to spend time together before having kids.

I would pick Sweden or England, or Germany. Germany preferably. Considering all the different things you can do there. Gorgeous Castles, and scenic views and so forth. Lots to tour in Germany.
