Joe was out for a walk when it started to rain. He did not have an umbrella and he wasn't wearing a hat. His clothes were soaked, yet not a single hair on his head got wet. How could this happen?

He was bald. I got it straight away but i cant get the 10 points because i was out having a life rather than being couped in the house all day waiting to be the first one to answer your stupid riddle. Which was easy by the way.

He was out when it 'Started' to rain, he got back in time before he got wet.
