She is at wits ends! Unless she can have pictures of this also no one will help her. Who does she contact if the police can't help. OR, what does she do!

If I were her, I would go directly over and tell him that if I catch him doing any of that crap again, I would rip his f**king balls out. I would not care if he calls the police. At least they would have something in writing that I threatened him because I thought he was a pervert.

My God why has she let that go on? Does she not have a TV where she knows what kind of sick people live in this world? She can get the pictures back all day long with the negatives, how do you know they are not in this pedophiles computer and on the web? If she does not call the cops NOW she needs to be turned in to Social Services as well, friend or not!
On second thought why are her kids outside naked? She sounds like she needs to be turned in anyway. This is how kids come up missing and the parent(s) get on TV crying.."We don't know what happened" You need to find a new friend, the cheese has fallen off of this ones cracker!
Could be to that the neighbor is taking pictures for the Social Services to show them what kind of a mother she is. Because come on who lets their kids do that? I sure love my neighborhood, more and more everyday!

Wait why is your friends kid outside naked? There are a lot of sickos out there and she's making her kids easy prey. As for the neighbor, call the cops on them next time you catch them taking a picture, they won't be able to deny it if they have the camera on them at the time. If the police won't help, then your friend needs to stop leaving her kids outside naked and needs to confront the neighbor, not violently, but verbally.

Sounds like you are getting this info third-hand, and that the neighbor with kids is an adult and she can contact the police without your involvement.

well they can't do nothing unless the photo's are being released and i'm sure the cops allready said cloth the kid before letting him play..
personally i would knock on there door and ask why they are taking photos of my kid?
then beat there but! Hey i don't listen to laws well what can i say!
i would also get a camrea and take a photo of her kid pissing on there mail box and leave them the photo! or anyone pissing on it!

be extra nice to them invite them over for dinner and do nothing but odd irregular things! like fart a lot.... eat with hands no silverear... make them think your nuts and they will leave you alone!
or take a photo of them taking a photo of your kids!

the best contact is the department of child services. They will advise you of your rights and what to do if the law will not arrest or does not have just cause to arrest.
