I want to loose some weight and tone my body and it is the first time I am entering a gym!

Ask the training staff there. They will look you over and make recommendations for a routine to follow.

You will get several resources in the Gym you are at and every Gym is different. My advice is when taking tips from members on the workout floor, only take tips from people you look close to what you want to look like. I'm sure you will get several answers here, but you can't see us can you?

You should do at least 20-30 minutes of cardio and then another 20-30 minutes of a light weight work out. Start off easy. Don't push too hard cause you may burn out easy. It's very easy to get disappointed and quit.
