Huh?
You wanta take a refresher course in elementary English and rephrase that so it makes at least a modicum of sense?
Then maybe you can get an answer.

Wasn't Walt Disney himself a rabid secularist? I remember reading something about him totally rejecting the Bible as a young man, and with some of the less than family friendly theme days that Walt Disney World has, I can hardly imagine that company turning to the Bible for its next production.

I can't speak for Walt Disney World, but the first link below about Walt's religious views is rather interesting.

Would they really have to pay? The Bible is really owned by any one person, and has been published by more than one company. There have been cartoons made from Bible stories, "Prince of Egypt" so I don't see what would stop Disney.
It would be interesting to see their take on it...

I don't believe the bible is copyrighted so he wouldn't have to pay anything. But, contrary to some people's belief's, the BIBLE is not a fairy tale story.

No one owns the bible. It is not copyrighted. Therefore, they do not need to pay anyone to make a bible themed park or ride.
