I didn't feel it happen but know I spotted it within minutes of it happening. Two little blody holes almost 1/2" apart. Not hurting now or itching or anything, but worried because hobo spiders are rampant this time of year in Oregon. I took these pictures about 20 minutes after spotting it:

I also live in oregon. The only common spiders that I know of are the hobo and black widow. Neither of these are very large spiders, generally. It would have to be a really big spider to leave bite marks that far apart. Looks more like a snake bite to me. See a doctor if the area starts to feel hot, emits discharge or starts to feel achy. Good luck

You should google your hobo spider. They'll give you a full description and show photo's of the bites. I'd look it up and call the doctor as those bites look pretty grim; I mean they don't look like punctures like most bites do, they look kind of ragged. Look it up and call the the doc.
Or maybe it is a snake bite and not two spider bites. Although I'd think you would feel and/or see a snake with a bite 1/2" wide. Check it out.

Be sure to rinse the area thoroughly, to begin with...I am researching the spider bite area of Merck...will follow-up with addendum information. It may be necessary to contact an Emergency Room or physician to be certain. Also, if possible keep the spider to show the Doctor.

A spider bite can be deadly. Be careful to seek medical attention...

Just to be on the safe side go see a Dr. before you even mentioned "Brown Recluse" it was the first thing I thought you probably were bitten by. I wouldn't play with that because if it was a brown recluse you could be having serious symptoms.

all spider bites basically look the same Early on..... if it starts to swell go to the doctor...they will give you antibiotics and steroids, if its like the brown recluse here in Texas they will have to cut the infection out cause the venom kills the surrounding skin

better have it checked out by an MD, could be harmless, but there are several types of spiders in the US that can cause severe damage with a bite....better safe than sorry

WOULD BE VERY HARD TO DETERMINE WHAT KIND. JUST KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON THE WOUND. IF IT CHANGES OR BECOMES VERY SORE GO TO YOUR DR OR ER. SPIDER BITES CAN BE VERY SERIOUS. WATCH FOR YELLOW/GREEN DISCHARGE TENDERNESS OF THE AREA AND ESPECIALLY BROWN OR BLACK STARTING TO DEVELOP IN OR AROUND THE BITE.
