Go to a bar
ask the bar person for some ice
ask girl to step on it
then say
'now we have broken the ice...can I buy you a drink'

Just have confidence in yourself, that is one thing most women will tell you is very attractive in a man. Also, just be yourself there is not need to try and be someone else to impress a woman. I use to be very shy around women and still am at times, but I realized that I was shy because I felt that I was not good enough, basically my confidence was low. Just be confident and go for it, if she says no then oh well, it's not your loss, it is hers.

My mate had a problem like this a while ago this is the advice i gave him ..
Get alone and ask her if she will go out with you here's the thing if she say yes then thats the best thing but remember if she says no you know u will be hurt but also remember it might take a while but u will get over it but most importantly if she says no dont stop being friends with her

Eyecontact, smile, then go next to her and make her laugh - doesn't matter how, if oyu do, you made the bridge to her.
And don't forget: nothing happens if she says no. You just got a no to one line you made from one girl you don't know.

If you meet her, put on your most confident face, and say that you know she`ll go out tonight, and then make a stupid joke on you. Just make her laugh. We always go out with men who do that.

well ask her if she wants to go to a movie with you or somewhere with you and pay for her.but dont just go up to her and say will you go out with me cuz it isnt very suttle!
dont order spaggetti if you go to a restuarant with her!!because it gets EVERYWHERE!!!lol
keep smiling when your there and after a few dates you can try and kiss her if you feel like it!!
