Intentionally killing yourself is suicide and is pre-meditated so out goes your insurance. Unless of course you did it by acciendent...er?

Anyway killing someone else by accident because you were trying to kill yourself is er? manslaughter....
so for points one and two, DON'T DO IT !!!

As for the afterlife, er? I thought you only get forgiveness if you preached beforehand.... but afterwards is anyones guess.

I guess you'll just end up in hell... like they portray in the movies...
tsk tsk tsk

Yes if there is prior evidence that your intended to commit suicide by having a serious auto accident. (And your question is the evidence for the police to obtain a warrant and pull the tapes from "Yahoo Answers").

Besides being suicidal sounds like you are psychotic being that you want to take the life of another person while attempting to take your own life.

You should really seek some professional help ASAP.

I am a clinical psychiatrist an I don't reside in the United States incase you do. I do know that if you tell a psychiatrist that you are suicidal and want to take your life in an auto accident and perhaps the life of another person he/she has a legal and moral obligation to have you committed to a mental hospital for 72 hours observations. You can go on your own free will or he/she can commit you via force.

No one really can stop you if you don't seek help first. Life is worth living an I don't know of any mental pain that can not be resolved either by indepth one-on-one therapy. Or in your case with long term drugs as you sound like you are "SMI", (Serious Mental Illness).

What ever you do for God sakes don't cause the life of an person who wishes to live because you are psychotic.

The simple fact that you said it would be on purpose is the key there. Of course it would be murder or suicide. If you really want to know what it's like in the afterlife, then live your life honestly and fully to find out. Thank you.

Why would you want to kill yourself? I hope you don't do anything stupid. And yes, if you decide to crash your car it is considered suicide and who knows where you go in the after life. I'm catholic so my beliefs are probably different then yours. Don't do it, it's not worth the pain you'll put your friends and family through. It is a very selfish act, just try to stay positive, it does get better than this. There are suicide hot lines you can call. When you intentionally crash your car to die, it's suicide. When you intentionally crash your car to commit suicide and you live
but kill your passenger then you will be charged at least with manslaughter. You wil go neither to hell nor to heaven. They don't
exist. However, you should receive the maximum jailsentence for killing your passenger. That only fair.

By definition it would be suicide. Causing a wreck on purpose wouldn't exactly be a good deed but it won't affect where you go in the 'after life'. That should already be decided.

One of my former class mates was killed by a drunk driver because the driver intentionally got drunk and drove in order to commit suicide.
By the way, the drunk driver lived and went to prison.
Don't be an idiot.

heh. someone else dying might be considered manslaughter. did you intend to kill yourself? if you're going to do this, you might want to plan on that being a possibility.
