Not difficult at all. Look around you, trees, water, plants, lake, rivers, grass, humans, these things can't come from nothing. Something can't come from nothing. Also, once you pray and make Jesus Christ Lord and Savior of your life, then you can and will experience God's love and plan for your life.

Even as a child it was very difficult for me. I remember being five years old and skeptical at Sunday school. I wondered why on earth should I believe these people, they have no proof, only a book, that could have been written by anyone. I still have a hard time. Sometimes I wish it were easier, it would make life a lot easier to believe in something infinite and absolute. I'm a still a Christian, just not a very good one. I like being a Christian, I like my traditions and community. Although sometimes it makes me sad. When I was at Sunday school, a pair of twins were absent for a long time. On their return the teacher asked them why. They said their house burned down. The teacher asked them if they had been saying their prayers every night. They said no. The teacher said that is why their house burned down.

Not difficult. Chose to believe. I look at creation (I am a trained biologist), at western culture (that has a substantial christian basis), at human weakness around me (which I view as being the same as the human weakness represented in the scripture), and it is easy for me to realize that I am a fallen man, sinful, selfish, and prideful. To experiance the afterlife I need a savior. Someone to allow me to live free from my sin, and to allow me into the hereafter. Christianity is western culture's solution, all mankind's solution, to this problem. The person Jesus Christ, and him Crucified.

much easier than believing our bodies, and life itself started out as a chance. How did the bang happen? Is your dad really King Kong, no, mine either.
A God who loves us enough to make or, or an accident that somehow magically made our brains so complex, we'll never know all there is to know about it.
You decide.

For rational people, who are capable of employing critical thought, it is virtually impossible to believe in god. For others (approximately 85% of the USA) population, it is quite easy.

That's a personal question to which only YOU can answer. For me it is not hard to believe in God, and that belief is backed by the mounds of proof for His existence. Understand this though without believing in God I wouldn't believe in the things of God. Atheists, because of their lack of belief in God do not see the things of God, but instead they attempt to explain them through natural means.

I guess the difficulty level for you to believe in God depends on what your current beliefs in Him are.

It would be far more accurate to say the mind of a child.

If you're a rational, skeptical adult with a working Bullsh!t Detector, it's damn near impossible.

Which is why, among human beings, there's an inverse relationship between education and theism....

Everytime I look at my children I know GOD exsist. ive had experiences where I've felt nothing but the utter love and pure joy that I felt him near me. Cheesy it sounds but none the less, I know. If i'm wrong, im wrong but I wont know til I die

That is the easiest. We remain a body with a spirit. Sometimes, and some of us, do not awaken the Spirituality in us. So we tend to act as if belief in Him is difficult.
