If your parents press the issue he could get in trouble. You should talk it over with both him and your parents...but find out if you are prego first...

Waiting doesn't help. Technically you're a minor, but usually the statutory rape laws are not enforced when the age difference is less than three years.
Call your local planned parenthood, get a test, and start using contraception if you're not pregnant. They won't tell you're parents (they actually can't-- it's protected by law!) and it will probably be free because of your age.

first of all, never think about using condoms. i am sure that your nurse station on your school can provided you with them so u dont ended up pregnant. i think you are going to have way too many untold problems if you are pregnant and that least of your worries is if HE will get n toruble.
you are 16. technically it is not rape until u are 15 or younger.
he is considered an adult but you are not eitehr an adult or a child.

no, as long as you are 16, you are the age of consent, if he had been 19 when u were impregnated it would have been a problem, since he is only 2 years older he wont get in trouble.
