In my grandfathers house, about 3 years ago we were redoing his dining room, and halfway through it, he died. The laminate is still rolled up in the same spot. Is there a way to unroll this without ruining it? Dont have the money to buy more, but I am moving in the house.

Leave in the Sun for a while. It will need to be un-rolled in steps as the interior of the roll warms up. As it is un-rolled, the face of the material should be down. I would suggest the un-rolled portion, as it is done, be covered with blankets or such, so as not to absorb too much direct heat from the Sun. It should not take too long, so examine it often. You should be able to determine when it is amply warmed.

Do not un-roll on grass lawn. The trapped heat may turn the grass yellow.

It can then be re-rolled and un-rolled at room temperature.

heat it up, leave it in a heated room or get a heat blower and slowly unroll it.
call the home depot, or look on-line for the manufacturer and ask them for other ideas.

Just be slow and careful.

If it looks like it is going to crack you might try heating it up with a blow dryer.
