keep up the work out as long as you feel okay and the dr says it's okay. I ran 6 miles a day up until the week before he was born.

you'll lose the baby faster since you are already in shape and then you can re-round your butt

I realize that you are not married, and that we live in a world filled with very shallow people. The demands on women are outrageous – I the first to agree. However you sound terribly immature. Don’t let this shallow world shape who you are. You baby and the person you are should matter to you, not whether or not you have a jelly bum! Are you loving, kind, attentive, and able to cope with motherhood etc? Let the shallow little boys choose another woman if your bum is not good enough for them. A good woman has beautiful ‘inner’ qualities. Grow up a little bit and think about whether or not you are treating your baby right! Time to think like a mother, not a selfish conceited little girl. And I am sure that you look beautiful anyway! Enjoy your pregnancy.

My husband has been helping me with this problem as well cause I had my daughter just three months ago. Do squats. Take a broom or go to the gym and take a bench bar and put it on your shoulders behind your head and squat down. Do this about five times, then break a few minutes then repeat and do this about four times. And if you use a bench bar add weights after a week. But not too much to start with. Do this after the baby is born cause its hard doing it while your pregnant.

because of the fact which you're actually not to any extent further taking them i very lots doubt your infant would be born addicted,i had to take one in each of those medicine that could bring about infant dependancy in extreme doses and that they instructed me that this purely many times happens whether this is taken in previous due being pregnant,i basically had no selection as i mandatory it yet my infant became into nice and that they reported that had i been able to have an option in previous due being pregnant there may well be no danger, for me it became right into a drugs i actually mandatory so i had no option yet i think of your little you could actually be nice.

pregnancy is going to change your body, no matter what you do, in ways you never thought possible. calm down. why don't you worry about that after you have the baby? when you'll stop gaining weight....you only have a couple months left.
