Iceland. The Vikings who were not good at plundering started farming there in the middle ages, and no one else ever wanted to emmigrate. Bad climate and really dull restaurants, unless you liked boiled fish and boiled potatoes. You's have to send out a LONG ways for chow mein or a burrito.

There is no country with pure white people. White people are mixed with different cultures. If you mean European then I would probably say Europe but I don't know exactly which country has the most purest white people. Every country is mixing now. Even the royal family is mixing. But not even the Europeans can say they are fully any European race because of all the migration and tons of different groups marrying into each other.

Most Europeans have mix blood. By that I mean Anglo Saxton mix with French. Celt. It really hard to say. Scandinavia has small migrant population now, Denmark, Sweden and Norway

Finland or Denmark or Iceland. However, I am in favor of the only people being referred to as white, being those with Hereditary Albinism.

If you mean that no one is non-white, try Iceland. If you are in the USA, try the state of Maine.
