sure it will but make sure you stretch your joints before you go running and also a good exercise at home are dancers warmups which tone the body. A plie and grande plie done correctly over and over until your legs cant tolerate any more is fantastic. Look online for ballet dancers warmup exercises. They really work you will be energized and flexible. Strong and toned not muscular or anything.

I'd say yes! After a good run, that's where I feel it the most. Jogging will give you great looking legs!

Yes it works the whole lower body , so does riding a bike great for legs and butt.

definitly! the 'snap' movement of the knee as you propell off the ground is great for the quads. the 'back kick' (where the heel nears the rear) is great for the glutes and hamstrings. Also, the calves are worked hard, as well as abs, lower back and pretty much the whole body!
