It's not very funny, but I like "willy wonker".
As in; "Urgggh!! You can see the outline of that man's willy wonker!!!"

I like 'The Blue Veined Trouser-Snake', although it doesn't sound very attractive.
'Dong' is also a nice word, and 'Tallywacker'.
