How many of you have done these menial jobs that people say "only the illegals" will do? If you have, what was the job? Personaly, years back. I literaly shoveled sh*t for a living. Doesn't get much 'crappier' than that!

That's what I'm talking about people. Dishwashers, cage cleaners, burger fippers, house cleaners. Citizens doing what needs to be done!

I'm from Michigan where jobs are scarce and the economy is depressed. Thank gosh we don't have a huge illegal alien problem here. It's hard enough to find menial part time work to supplement incomes. And for those who don't have jobs and need to support households, ANY job looks good!

cantcu- If I had all my food, housing and medical bills paid for me, I also could live on a $6000 a year income. duh!

I flipped hamburgers at Krystals when I was a teenager! It is very difficult for teens to get part time jobs these days - because they are filled!

One other comment I want to add:
Most of the money that is earned by illegals and those legally employed (from other countries such as India) in our countries is not being spent in our countries. It is being sent home to their families. This will eventually catch up with our economies.

How much are you paid and what are your benefits! Getting $6,000 a year and working 16 hours a day?

Why don't you leave them alone? Your Republicans didn't see fit to change the law and don't go after the real criminals, their employers! Shut them down and you will solve your little problem!

I have NEVER heard a Republican blame an employer for hiring them, just them because they work here! Something is wrong with that picture!!
