my b/f says he wants to get married and have kids but i feel like we r not moving forward at all. i have talked to him about it and all he does is say nothing.

He is either immature, afraid, or not wanting to move forward. You should date other men. I'm not suggesting that you try to make him jealous, but if he thinks he is losing you, he may start to talk or he may get clearer about his own feelings about you and your future together. If you date other men, you'll also know yourself better and find out if you want to make a life with a man who can't express his thoughts and feelings. I'm an older woman, and from what I've seen friends go through, you don't want to marry a guy who can't or won't talk to you about important things.
