Was it a "memoir", a fantasy about you, or a completely fictional story not involving you? Have you shared it with anyone? If so, how was it received?

I used to write erotic poetry to one of the girls I was dating long ago. She loved it. My wife (of 8 years) is not quite as "appreciative" and prefers to keep it personal.

The poetry was fictional, but included some facts (or things that became fact!).

It was based on true events but I embellished a little to make the end come out the way I always wished it would.
