GNC has a supplement called "Nourishair" that makes the hair grow faster, you can read what's in it by googling it.
Also ProCaps labs sells a "hair skin and nails" formula that does the same thing, supports hair growth and health
If you take only Biotin alone, make sure you take at least 2.5 milligrams or 2500 micrograms [the same thing] a day because thats' a good amount to take. I use the Nourshair supplement from GNC now and my hair is growing faster than it did, but it took about 6 to 8 weeks of daily use to see results.

a good, well balanced diet.
fruits, veggies (FRESH i can't stress that enough) learn how to steam these items also to unlock the most minerals too! (google it!) drink those fluids.. water, fresh juices, nonconentrated juices.
stay away from as much junk as you can.. want meat? skinless, meats with little fat, fresh from the meat counter!
soy milk, regular milk seems to clog things up... i don't care for it really.
don't over wash the hair, don't under wash it. use gentle shampoos.. never ever brush or comb the hair when it's wet.. it's weak and very spongy when wet.
don't over brush the hair also.. that 100 strokes daily stuff is crap!
just brush enough to stimulate the scalp and remove the dead hairs and tangles.
massages on the scalp help also.
try to use as little chemicals and don't blow dry and style too often... use it as a treat when you go out on a date...
keep the hair clean, breathable.
that should improve the circulation and increase the growth rate.
mine grows an inch a month now days.
i love it.
:D
remember, fresh fruits and veggies!
exercise too, and sweat! of course cleaning afterwards too.

im attempting to do a similar ingredient. and its maximum proper in case you try now to not tie it as a lot as a lot. as this would reason chop up ends and damage, which then retains it shorter. and customary trim (each and every six weeks) retains the chop up ends at bay and encourages hair to develop. also supply it a nourishing remedy once per week. and an extra beneficial ingredient lol...brush it thoroughly two times an afternoon as this produces organic oil from the scalp and enables it stay healthful. :) strong success

If you just trim tiny bits of the edges off when the moon is growing (before a full moon) it grows faster and it makes it really healty and shiny and soft. I did that before my wedding b/c I was growing my hair longer, and it totally worked. I have really healthy hair now.

nothing will make it grow faster, eating healthy things though will help your hair. It will keep your hair stronger and keep it from breaking off which keeps it long. Plus getting regular trims will have the same effect. Hair only grows about 1/2 inch per month.
