We are taking our oldest dog in today to be tested...how much does it normally cost?

Anywhere from $20-$60. THere are usually low cost vets if you call local shelters they may be able to direct you.

it all depends on where you vet. Best thing to do is call your vet and ask them and even call around to a few others in the area. Oldest? So you have never had the test and never used preventative? Treatment is much more costly than using preventative.

Average of 25-35 dollars. More in some areas, less in others. Some vets will run a special on it in the sppring.

The test should be about $20 or less
but not sure if your vet charges for a office visit.

why dont you ring they vet, they can tell you the price.
