When other options of birth control are being used (other than the rhythm method) and the expectations are clear about what will happen in case of an accidental pregnancy.

It isn't needed when you both want (and feel you are ready for) a child. Nothing is 100% in preventing things like pregnancy (including birth control) but you at least have 97% protection with a condom. Remove it and you chances for a kid shoot up quite a bit (even if you are on birth control). You must be sure you are ready for that if it should happen.

you can stop using a condom when (1) you are ready to have children or you are using another appropriate method of birth control and (2) you have complete confidence that your partner does not have STDs and he is not sexually active with anyone else so that he won't acquire any STD in the future. obviously, only you can assess whether both of these conditions have been met with your partner. safest policy is to use condoms until you want children.

lets see here u want this guy to not use condom huh. well are you wanting to settle down with him and start family? but you could try reassuring fears of std's and if you are on birth controls tht can ease it too maybe guy is jus worried bout tht ****. but neways tell him u want to fell him not the latex sex is 98% experimentation 2% know how but in the end if relationship is good and all talk to him about the risks and pregnancy if he is good of guy as you beleive and love him for then u should have no problem but be understanding ..

You continue to use one anyway. You are no with him 24/7 you may not being seeing anyone but who says he isn't as well. It is best to be safe and then take the condom off after marriage.
