the recipie i know...
1oz cream cheese
1 small tub of sour cream
1 pk of powerd sugar
1tps of vanilla flav..mix all ing until smooth

I checked out the website one time, and everything was packet with hydrogenated oils, but I dont remember too clearly. So yeah...all the ingrediants are on the website
