Mix 1 quart milk and 1and 1/2 cups powdered milk ( powdered milk will make it thick)in a saucepan until it reaches 100 degrees. Add 1 TBL yogurt and cover. Put in your oven to keep warm. You might have to turn your oven on every 2 hours or so but only 2 minutes.(you want a warm oven, not a hot one) Leave in oven for about 6-8 hours.

Put the container of developing yogurt inside five paper bags, one inside the other. This works like a charm.

Buy a yogurt maker, with yogurt pots.
They're really easy to use.

Or use something like a duvet to cover the milk and yogurt, so that it stays warm.
