All of these foods can be part of a healthy, varied diet.
A healthier diet can make your skin glow.
All the fruits/vegetables contain anti-oxidants, that can help fend off cancer.
The salmon and almonds are great sources of protein and healthy dietary fats.
The swiss cheese has protein, and calcium.

None of these foods will prevent pimples. Pimples are from blockages of pores that develop bacterial growth, then swell and burst. Cleaning your skin well in the morning and at night will help more than dietary changes.
