God and hell are crude primitive myths. We should have outgrown them centuries ago.

Excellent question! Catholicism does teach that God does "spank" sinners for a while--we believe there is a purgatory where those that will still be saved go to after they die to be purified so that they can become united with God. But there are others that flat out reject God and do not repent--ever--of their sins. They have chosen to go to hell with unwillingness to cooperate with God's grace.

Because life is eternal,if your body is sinful,so is ur eternal soul,sin can't be in Heaven,a spanking won't wash away ur sins,only the blood of JESUS,He took ur spanking & much,much more.Hell is the only plc left and it happends to be ETERNAL!!!

well do you ? need spanking? why? did you disobey GOD or just some man? Sin= disobey GOD! what did you do!?what is the award for that? nice to know you have heard of GOD and HIS design even HIS Love which includes a penalty for being rude to HIM! That makes you a believer! which earns you Love from GOD ! including a penalty for disobedience as proscribed by HIS WORD! and indicated in the Scripture by many writers over a millenium or two!

Because spanking is getting off too easy. Like a serial killer getting probation. It makes no sense. If you think there should be on hell, then you might have something that might send you there yourself. Better repent!! lol j/k That is what i think though...Hope this helps...

Oh, we do get spanked...also sometimes called "bad luck". God decided there is a Heaven and Hell and that's the way it is. I made a good decision. I'm going to Heaven. How about you?

I think you may be looking at this wrong. There are going to be TONS of sinners in heaven. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. The difference will be in whether you are a saved sinner or a lost sinner. I think many people look at hell as the creation of a vengeful God who desires to punish. God is totally good. Totally righteous. In Him can live no evil. In and of His nature it is impossible for evil to co-exist. Only by a person's submission to Jesus Christ can we be seen as righteous in the eyes of God because Jesus took our sins upon himself in his sacrificial death on the cross. That's what makes you a saved sinner. The last thing God wants is for any of us to spend an eternity in hell. It is not His choice to send us there. It is OUR CHOICE to go there. Because it is impossible for evil to co-exist in the presence of God, it is impossible for us to spend an eternity in His presence unless we have been washed of our sins and are seen as righteous in His eyes.
