If you believe that fish oil can make your mental health better then how long before it starts working. And theres signs of proggress.

Results can be seen within 1 week

(I have watched my ex-s youngest boy with what appeared to be impending ADHD improve over the course of a week with fish oil supplementation and deteriorate just as quickly without them).

I've looked into that a little bit because I'm bipolar. From what I found out, omega-3 (fish oil) can work as a natural mood stabilizer and is just as effective as lithium. I haven't tried it yet so I'm not really sure how long it takes to kick in.

I started taking fish oils hi in EPA because i was at risk of a hereditary family disease i took 1500mg EPA per day and noticed a difference within 2weeks. I tested neg for the disease 2wks ago but im still takin my fish oils.

I don't b/c it depends on how pure the fish is and if it has high Mercury levels in it and to be perfectly honest with you, too much of anything is bad for you whether than good for you...ever hear the old san too much of a good thing is bad, well it was true. It can cause your face to break out and some cases cause boils
