Find a local distributor and make them some sort of guarantee about the liquor sales. That's usually how it works. Depending on the event size, you guarantee $500 in sales or whatever, the distributor provides the booze to you, and the distributor and the event split the profits beyond the guarantee.

I would contact local winery's and alcohol distributors. By choosing a local winery you will be supporting a local business and giving them some much needed publicity. By contacting a distributor you may be able to get some bottles of new products to introduce also. Be sure to have a bartender on hand to help promote the liquor and wine. You will get sponsorship of you have something to offer the liqueur companies in return. Good luck!

first pick a brand, secondly contact them and find out how to go about requesting sponsorship - my firehall does a lot of events where we get sponsorship from different brands of beer and we've had a lot of success with budweiser and coors
