i have a drug test next week and need to pass it without out goldnseal it dosen' t work or niacin and without visene or bleach a easy way to pass it

LOTS of water and exercise the only drug that stays in your system long enough for them to test is marijuana and it sticks to fat cells so the less fat you have the faster it is expired.

Try NOT taking drugs then you can pass a drug test.
Just say NO TO DRUGS.

Don't use drugs. Also avoid poppyseed.
