Wow, what a creep. I am sorry you are in such an awful situation. I don't know if it would cost a fortune, but you can check into a DNA test with hair or something. If you are under 18 you might be able to get the court to order it. Good luck.

Get a hair from his brush and then take a hair from your head and have a DNA sample done on it. Its just as easy as getting blood. If he has hair. Make sure that you have someone that you can talk to about this though. Don't let him bring you down. Good Luck

How old are you? You might can file something with the family court system and have a judge order a paternity test.... or your mother could do it (if you are a juvenile)? Otherwise, you can lead a horse to water...but you can't make him swab the inside of his mouth for a DNA test.

There are many ways of getting the evidence you need to prove your claim. Start watching CSI for some ideas. He can't help but leave DNA evidence everywhere he goes. No one can.

Then tell him that ur not gonna accept what he is sayin until he proves it. Tell him that if him telling u shows u that he wants u to know that he is not ur biological father and that u want him to do the test to prove it. Y say no to the test if he is so sure he is not ur father?

Take his hair and get a dna test done on it. You can send some of yours and his to certain labs that will have it done. you can collect hair from his hairbrush or pillow.
