I can't think of anything to get him. Do you guys have any ideas? I also need a birthday present for his mom. All opinions are welcome!

Try to find something that he is interested in. You can always make something that is special to him. Find a picture that is special to him and have it enlarged and framed, or take him to a special dinner, make a special dinner, take him to a museum, if he is into something that is the best way to figure out what to get him. Things from the heart are the best gifts that I can think of.

does he play golf you can get him passes at a golf course or a new golf shirt. Now when you say his mom is that your husbands mom or your father in laws mom? You can do a photo collage of all the kids or grandkids.

I have an idea, make your husband buy the gifts. They are his parents after all. I bet he don't buy your parents gifts. Remember a marriage is 50/50 give and take.
