Ok, so I have noticed that people in relationship touch a lot more....understandibly. But what I don't get is what exactly you're supposed to do. As a guy, I have noticed that boyfriends will kinda scratch/rub their partners back and she usually responds with a hug or some sort of "comming closer" to him and an embrace.

Ladies, what is it that you want your mates to do exactly to show their affection physically in public(besides the obvious kissing)?

And also, what are the moves you do on ur boyfriends so I don't miss some sort of cue or something.

Thanks.

hand on shoulder or around waist resting on hip, touching her hair- like petting it or brushing it away from her face, touch on the elbow or arm too when walking, hand on leg when sitting close to each other; in general a caress done on any part of the body is a sign of affection, so lots of that. Touching anyone's face is generally a very intimate act, since it is very personal. Sometimes girls take cues from their man rather than taking the initiative in giving touches, so you might get a lot back if you give a little.

You shouldn't put so much thought into it - it's not rocket science or your midterm exam in your AP college class... It should (and will) come to you naturally when you find the right person -when you're so comfterable with someone that you don't have to look towards others for tips on being physically affectionate in public. It's nice when a guy holds your hand or puts his arm around you or just rubs your back or whatever - it reminds us that you're still thinking about us - it's kind of a security thing. But besides that... don't put so much pressure on yourself. It'll all work out.

I like the classic holding hands. It's still nice without too much pda. I also like barely touching the fingertips. Sweet.
