One of the hardest illinesses to dignose is cronic fatigue syndrone which is what you might have, and it wont show up in any blood work. Just pray about your feeling week and ask the Lord to lift you up and fill you with His energy and He will.

Father,
I lift up this girl to you ,for your healing hands to be place upon her. Give her the strength she needs to continue in the ministry that is dedicated to You. This sick and week feeling is just a way for satan to try to keep her from her service to you, and I am asking that you heal her in your own perfect time, and according to your perfect will. I praise you and give you all the glory for blessing this girl according to your will. All things in our life come to us not when we ask for them, but when You choose to bless us with them. In the precious name of Jesus, amen

Pray for energy and stamina. You can do anything through the strength of God. However, this may be His way of telling you that you need a break. Pray about this as well.

There is a reason why God set the Sabbath day aside as a day of rest.
God could be telling you it's time to take a break.

Maybe deep down you realize that working for a charity would be more useful to those people than trying to pester them into believing in Jesus and his bloody cross and flying up into the sky.
