you can't tell her directly though....
well you talk/ask her some casual stuffs and each and everyday you should ask her some simple stuffs like "hey how's it goin?!" and open some topics like "you look good today..." and walk away but do this while maintaining your cool
and when she needs something like a pen or somethin don't bother to lend a helping hand...
once she opens up to you, there's a chance that you'll be going out with her in the campus and talk all about this and that
and when the time comes that both of you are alone then you'll get that chance to say like "to me you're cool" or "you know what? i like hanging out with you" don't forget to keep your cool and your confidence high so that it won't meant like you're hanging out just a friend or something...
make her feel comfortable whenever she's with you
surely she'll hang out with you throughout the whole year if you keep it up....
now if you maintain that...the moment of truth is there
that's the time you'll say the magic words (carrying a symbol of ur affection to her of course)

Be unique. If you think she likes you too then make her feel really special but try not to embarrass her. You could make a really sweet card or write her a song since you are in music class together.

Don't tell her you love her. Give her some flowers after class, that'll knock her out, and after the flowers invite her to the movies or something.
