i like a girl of our institute and would really like to connect. she already has a breakup and i don't know how will she react if i approach her. i know even she likes me but she is not communicating properly. how to proceed or how to approach her without hurtinh her? i really want her company very badly.

ok the thing is you want to tell........her u may not need words to speak so..........give her some time...........show her all the affection, love and care.......just use non verbal cues than verbal ones........trust her.........so u will get trust in return as u say that she already had gone through a break off.........she will now learn from her mistakes..........she will now understand the person who wants to enter her life ...........b4 she falls in love with him..............
and of course this is the time she really needs a good friend to be with ....................and once when u reach that comfort level
you can give a formal proposal .........but remember to always to show affection by cards, emails, egreetings, flowers etc , spending time alone with each other.............good luck

well u will have to be patient here mate girls are very sensible so be careful ask questions to her like if she would be intrested in a date or if shes ready for it dont force it because if u tink she likes u as well is just a matter of time but u have to understand her is not easy for them so go slowly show her u care for her but wihtout showing u want something out of it be her bet friend and once u build trust wiht her tell her u like her take her out some were nice ask if there is anything possible betwen u two and the go from there . all the best luck

For her birthday give her a nice bracelet or necklace and offer to take her to the movies or something but ask in a way so as to not look desperate or like a predator.
