At the moment I am enrolled in Penn Foster's associate's degree program...I will like to tranfer to another school to obtain a bachelor's degree when I obtain my associate's at Penn Foster. I will like to know if there is a website or somewhere I can call so I can see which schools will accept the credits gained at Penn Foster.

You would need to call the admissions offices of the places you are interested in. Most schools have a maximum number of credits that you can transfer, but will accept the required units that you used to get your degree, if your school is accredited. Honestly, each school may be a little different, so you'd need to contact them directly. : )

What schools do you have in mind. Make a list of the schools you would like to attend and then check them out.
